Hero Security On Demand — Professional Security When You Need It
Hero connects you with state-licensed security professionals, ready to respond when you need them. Whether it's a private event, your home, your business, or personal security while you travel, find trusted Heroes in just a few taps.
Now better than ever — the all-new Hero is here, rebuilt from the ground up with a fresh design, new safety features, and a smoother experience.
PROFESSIONALS YOU CAN TRUST
Every Hero on our platform holds a current state security license — which requires fingerprinting, background verification, and approved training before they're allowed to operate. We work directly with state licensing authorities, so if a professional's status ever changes, we know.
BROWSE, CHOOSE, AND BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
Review each Hero's experience, certifications, specialties, and client ratings before you book. You decide who's the right fit — never assigned, always your choice. Save your favorite Heroes and request them again any time.
REQUEST IN SECONDS
Tell us what you need, when, and where. We'll match you with available Heroes in your area in real time. No phone calls, no paperwork — just a simple request from your phone.
NEW SAFETY FEATURES
Your peace of mind comes first. Reach emergency services instantly with the new 911 button, add trusted contacts who can check in on you, and share your journey so the people you care about always know you're okay.
STAY CONNECTED
Text or call your Hero privately through the app — your number always stays yours. Track your service in real time and get updates from request to completion. You're always in control.
TRANSPARENT PRICING, NO SURPRISES
See clear pricing before you confirm anything. Know exactly what you're paying for, with no hidden fees or last-minute changes.
FOR EVERY MOMENT THAT CALLS FOR SECURITY
Private events, residential security, business coverage, personal security while traveling, and more — all in one place, all on demand.
YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST
Your personal information, location, and service history are encrypted and protected. We share only what's necessary to deliver your service — never more.

A cleaner, more modern design with optional dark mode — easier to use, day or night.
