What's New • Contract-based pay — hire someone on a fixed fee instead of hourly, record and approve their payments, and attach receipts, all right alongside your hourly team. • Redesigned Home screen — a clean card dashboard that puts your numbers front and center. • Payroll & Expenses History reorganized — open any month and see each employee's own folder with their pay and receipts, plus a plain summary of what you paid and to whom. • Tap any receipt to view it — expenses, payroll, and contract payments all now open the actual photo. • Project Timeline simplified — job stages removed, one tap-and-hold to edit a job, and a single switcher to move between week, month, and day views. • More accurate Statistics — revenue and expense totals now line up correctly with what you approved in Payroll. • Refreshed navigation drawer and a consistent look across Team Members, Employee History, and Reports. • Various bug fixes and performance improvements.

New in this version • Appointments & Calendar — schedule appointments from the Calendar, from a sales prospect, or inside a job. Appointments on a prospect automatically follow the deal onto the job when you win it. • Job details now show that day's appointments, with dot markers on the date wheel highlighting days that have something scheduled. • Appointments sync to your phone's calendar (iCloud / Google / Outlook). • Redesigned Checklist — a cleaner dashboard layout with folders, a progress ring, search, and faster tick-offs. • Sales Command Center improvements — prospects with attachments & notes, sold-deal history, and a redesigned export. • Job history & archive, refreshed Calendar UI, and tablet/desktop polish. • Various stability and refresh fixes.

• Prospects: attach photos, videos, docs & notes to a prospect — they move to the job automatically when you win the deal. "Potential" is now "Prospects." • New shared daily Tools checklist in Notepad (per room), with history. • Expenses History by month; open any archived job in full and unarchive it. • Redesigned Export — pick Jobs / Prospects / Sold / Expenses, filter by date range, and it now works on mobile. • Clearer sales stats, tap-a-day sales calendar, smoother bank entry, pull-to-refresh, and lots of UI polish and bug fixes.

What's new in this release: Calendar & Appointments • Brand-new Calendar screen — create, edit, and delete appointments. • Appointments sync to your device calendar, so they flow through to iCloud or Google automatically. • Clear "Synced to" indicator shows exactly which calendar you're writing to. Job History & Archiving • Archive completed jobs to keep your active pipeline focused. • New History screen browses archived jobs grouped into monthly folders. Home Dashboard • Redesigned finance summary with a clearer weekly Bottom Line (Bank + this week's Collections − this week's Expenses). • Editable Bank balance — tap to type, tap +/− for $1, or hold to ramp up fast. • Corrected Deposits and Balance totals; figures now reflect active jobs.
