Sydney Dance Company’s Classes On Demand subscription / membership lets you dance with some of Sydney’s best dance teachers anywhere, anytime. From absolute beginners to dancers who are refining their skills, and with express classes through to 60 minute sessions, there’s something for every day and everyone – including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, Pilates, yoga and more.
Each dance class will take you through a warm-up to get your body moving so you can move safely before progressing to technique and choreography. Pause, rewind and recap the classes as you need, so you never miss a step!
Body conditioning, Pilates and yoga classes will increase your strength and flexibility, and you can modify the steps to suit your own needs.
New classes will be released every week, so you can try something new, or redo a favourite class. Filter content by style, duration, level and teacher so you can always find just the class you’re looking for.
