Dassai Blue, located in Hyde Park, is the new state-of-the-art sake brewery from the prestigious Japanese sake brand Dassai. Come take a tour of the brewery and learn about sake making. You will get a behind-the-scenes look into the process from the Koji room to the fermentation tanks. Download the self guided waking tour of the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery. You will hear from the Chairman and CEO, Hiroshi and Kazuhiro Sakurai, as well as the our head brewer. You will learn about each step of the sake making process as you get a look into each room at the brewery. Come experience the first ever Dassai product made with New York water and Yamada Nishiki rice and brewed in the Hudson Valley. Kanpai!
