Great EMDR App

As an EMDR Professional Counselor, apps are excellent tools for clients and therapists during lockdown when going to Session might be difficult or anytime anxiety is high. I personally use this App when anxiety is up or I’m having physical pain. There is also a corresponding App that helps sleep. There are a lot of EMDR Apps out there but the reason I prefer and recommend this one is it supplies the user with necessary information and then walks them through a session. It’s straightforward and uncomplicated. And it’s benefits are excellent during a time when mental health is so important for us all. EMDR is healthy for the brain and helps one cope with a multitude of specific issues from anxiety and trauma to pain management, addiction and sleep. I signed on to this app when it was fairly new. Changes have been minimal. It remains appropriate, valid, consistent, and reliable and I am very appreciative to the developer for an excellent quality, user friendly App.

My therapist who works with EMDR recommended this to me and has helped a great deal with daily triggers.. I would recommend if you have had deep rooted trauma you don’t remember and or from childhood should work with a therapist first childhood trauma has many layers and like a diet or cleanse should be done in a certain order otherwise it can surface things the body has stored for protection and try to all come out at once that’s how powerful a d simple this method is it has changed my life in so many positive ways !!!! I tell everyone who has gone to therapy and nothing has worked to try this it is life transforming and appreciate all who help others in this way !! Thank you !!

Very useful and calming

Author even replied to me regarding iOS compatibility. I can run this app on iOS 12.2 without issue. When I can’t sleep, even medication didn’t help enough. I put on headphones, turned this on... next thing I knew it was morning. I have 30 years of anxiety, sleep disorder, and depression. This app is the only effective thing I have tried.
