See what’s new with Adi: General Updates: 12 & 24 Hour Time Preferences A new setting enables users to choose their preferred time format. Requesting Access to Additional Accounts Users can now request access to a second or additional account through a secure approval workflow. Online Store: Enhanced Recurring Order Options This enhancement allows users to select additional order occurrence options to allow for recurring orders to be delivered on a multiple time-per-week or per month basis. Review & Manage User Permissions Account management enhancement that allows additional visibility into user permissions by shipping address and the ability to request additional access. Pay Open Alcon Invoices by Credit Card Users can now pay open invoices using saved or new credit cards directly in the Online Store. IOL Return Form Users can now submit IOL return requests using a new online form. New Filters for Alcon Invoice History Users can now sort and view their invoices by payment status and apply filters for easier review. Physician Bill & Replace Doctors can now place 'Bill Only' orders to consume lenses from hospital consignment. The doctor is billed, and a replacement lens is sent to the hospital automatically. Clinic Connect: Customize the Data View for Surgery Admins can now choose to hide specific fields in the patient and surgery setup, in addition to setting them as required or optional. Save Favorite IOLs Users can now save Favorited IOLs that will show at the top of the list when selecting IOLs for surgery. Inventory Manager: Recommended Custom Pak Inventory Users now have a new tab in the Custom Pak Inventory page where they can set minimum and optimal inventory levels. Based on this, the system will provide CPAK order recommendations. Scan IOLs to be Pulled with Camera Users can now scan IOLs using their device camera as an alternative to the RFID scanner during the pulling process.

Online Store: • Credit Note Overview: View issued credit notes directly from your account. • Requested Delivery Date: Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. • Order and Shipment Confirmation Preferences: Customize which order and shipment confirmations you receive. • Serial Numbers in Order History: See exact serial numbers for better inventory traceability. Inventory Manager: • Updates to the “IOLs to be Pulled” Feature: View and manage “IOLs to be Pulled” by day; reserve matched IOLs in fewer steps. • Update to the “Upcoming Surgeries” Feature: Orders in progress are now considered when recommending what to order. Online Store Updates: • Ship-to Enabled Self Registration: Customers in Canada can now self-register for the Adi Online Store using their Ship-to account number. • Improved Component Visibility: Easily view all available alternatives for any product while placing orders. • Hiding Prices for Third Parties (Germany): Regular payer accounts continue to have full pricing and invoicing visibility, while third-party accounts will see restricted access. • Enhanced Search by Account Number: Find orders faster with the option to search by account numbers instead of email addresses. • Cross-Account Order Tracking: View and manage recently placed orders across multiple accounts before they’re submitted for processing. • New Order History Filters: New filters have been added to help you narrow down searches and find exactly what you need. • Invoice and Statement Visibility: Invoices and statements are now available directly in the Adi Online Store instead of redirecting to MyAlcon Pay. We've updated the app with new features and enhancements to improve your Adi Experience. Here are the highlights: Online Store - New Features: • Private/Insurance Invoice Split — enables users to separate purchased products for private and public patients, allowing for the issuance of separate invoices. • Invoice Download from Order Details — download invoices in PDF format directly from the Adi Online Store, eliminating the need to contact customer service or access MyAlcon Pay. Online Store - Feature Enhancements: • Directory Page updates — Expanded clickable areas on the directory page allow users to select entries by clicking on the country name or flag, redirecting them to the country-specific landing page in the default language for that country. • NotifEYE in Dashboard — allows users to report quality issues directly from the Adi Online Store dashboard. • Add, Update, and Remove Packs from Favorite Products — Users can now modify their frequently ordered list of packs by adding or removing individual entries as needed. Inventory Manager - New Features • Quick Links widget — A new home page widget that allows ASC staff to quickly access the features needed to reserve or implant IOLs. Combined with updates to the Report as Implanted feature, this widget replaces the previous Post Surgery Hub widget. Inventory Manager - Feature Enhancements • Enhanced User Experience on the IOL Management Page — The IOL Management page has been revamped for better organization and a more user-friendly interface. • Release Allocated IOLs from Report as Implanted (US Only) — Users can now report their implanted IOLs and automatically return unutilized, reserved IOLs for the same surgery date back to the shelf.
