Is License Plate Mania free? Yes. The full license plate game is free with no ads. Premium is an optional subscription.
Does it work without internet? Yes. Games, maps, scoring, and plate tracking all work offline.
Can we play from different cars? Yes. Connected Multiplayer syncs live between players on their own devices.
How many plates can I track? 171 in total: all 50 states plus DC, 13 Canadian provinces and territories, 32 Mexican states, 68 tribal nations, and US territory, Government, and Diplomat plates.
Is it good for kids? Yes. No ads, no chat with strangers, and simple tap-to-add play.
Free to play, no ads, works offline. Spot plates, score points, and see how much of the map you can fill.
Version 4.2.0 highlights
Voice commands: Add a plate by voice. Tap the mic and say "I found Ohio" and it's added and read back to you, so your eyes stay on the road. Hands-Free mode listens for "Hey Plate Mania, I found Ohio" without a tap. Speech is processed on your device and never recorded. Turn it on in Additional Settings.
Collect more with Plate Details: Log more than the state. Record a plate's type (Veteran, Accessibility, and more) and its design variation.
