There’s zero emphasis on user experience or ethical matchmaking; it’s all about squeezing money out of hopeful users.The biggest red flag? The overwhelming majority of profiles are ghosts or inactive for months on end. You’re constantly wasting your limited swipes on people who’ve long since logged out and have no intention of returning. It’s frustrating and feels deliberately deceptive, like the app is padded with dead accounts to create the illusion of a bustling user base.I shelled out for the monthly subscription, and it was a complete waste. Zero value, no meaningful interactions, just regret. Save your money and time, there are better, more sincere options out there for finding a halal match. Developers, if you’re reading this: Step up or shut down and leave the Ummah out of empty promises.

Salam, I had the app for a while now and I have not seen a single profile and have no matches but I can understand that because I don't think my profile is even shown. It just shows me a blank white page of nothing and I can only go check my information also I have tried looking for my ethnicity but I don't even see any country near my country name let alone my country. I downloaded this app with great hope, but it is disappointing. I have also deleted and redownloaded it at least three times thinking it would be better. But I guess it's time I delete it for good. Thank you.

The app has matured a lot since its release and is quite user friendly especially with the new updated interface. Hats off to the management for their hard work and in relentlessly providing us with a sharia compliant application to cater muslim singles.
