The app seems fun but theres issues in there mechanical machine when a prize enter chute never register a win always lost so there’s issues with app and claw machine with iPhone since i had similar issues before this as well. The service needs to make sure prizes are counted on register a win in chute to make sure it’s properly working since this afternoon it wasn’t

Hi Zonester, thank you for your review! All regular prizes ship free, however Sprocket's Lil' Fun Prizes currently require 4 of them to be won before they will ship free. Since they are our smallest prizes in our most affordable and popular cranes, to remain economical we need to ship multiple items at once. The shipping is free! The constraint is the value of tickets must be over 100k, while the Lil' Fun Prizes are valued at 33k each - meaning a user would need 4 of them to clear the 100k hurdle. I used to be a long time player of the arcade live app. Racked up tons of tickets overtime and in the beginning, received prizes when I won. One day I had a really lucky day and was able to win 4 prizes worth over $1000 and had them sent for shipping like normal. Then weeks went by turned to months they never came. I reached out to the support email, the only way to get in contact with someone, no response either. After about three months I still haven’t gotten a response back or my prizes delivered and now it appears I can’t even access my account which has over 2 million tickets on it.

So I’ve been playing with Arcade Live for a while now and have spent quite a bit of money playing. It’s been nothing but one issue after another. I have toBeg and plead thru multiple emails to receive any gift card I purchase with points and the same goes for when the machines malfunction. Takes forever to be reimbursed. The latest issue is that they did this “update”. I had spent $50 on coins, and now for whatever reason, I can’t play any of the games. I’ve sent 4-5 emails and still nothing. I highly suggest finding another app to spend your money. Don’t waste it here.

I’m not done with the app just yet but I’ve played my far share of claw machines. Both on an app and in real life. For what you pay, you get to play a decent amount, more than other apps. The machines are very responsive as well. However the angle of the cameras lives much to be desired and the button orientation can be confusing when you switch the camera. Whether you win is 100% dependent on when the machine is ready to pay out. Even a perfect grab will just get dropped the second it raises up without so much as a slip, just a straight drop. I still have plenty more to play so we’ll see how it pays out but so far, I’m wishing it was more skill based.
