Stop chasing paperwork. Revolution puts jobs, sites and NFC inspections in one app, so your field team logs work on the spot and reports write themselves.
Revolution is a job and site management app for people who clean, maintain or inspect buildings. You run the whole visit from your phone. Start the job, work through the task list, take your photos, and the report is ready when you leave.
It works the same whether you clean one office on your own or run crews across twenty sites. No paper sign-in sheets, no chasing photos over WhatsApp, and no trying to remember on Friday what happened on Tuesday.
Getting started takes one conversation. Get in touch and we'll set your account up with your sites and task lists already loaded, so it's ready to use the first time you sign in.
ON THE JOB
Tap your phone on the NFC tag at the site or on a floor and the right job opens straight away with the correct task list.
Jobs are split by floor and area, so nothing off a printout.
Mark each task Done, Unable or N/A. If sometve to say why, so the reason is on therecord.
Take photos against the job as you work.
Everything saves to your phone and syncs whe basement with no reception doesn't cost youthe shift.
Task names can show in each person's preferruese.
CHECKING THE WORK
Managers get a Pass, Fail or N/A sign-off, with a severity rating on anything that fails so the real problems stand out.
Site, floor and task detail sit on one screen, with notes and photos attached where they happened.
PROVING IT
Filter finished jobs by date, search by person or site, and open the full detail with notes, photos and timings.
Save a report as a PDF and send it to your c
See hours on site per person and per job without adding up timesheets.
Add sites, floors and task lists as you take on more work.
Add your staff when you're ready, assign the what.
WHY BOTHER
Most of the proof that work was done goes missing somewhere between the site and the invoice. A photo sat on someone's phone, a signed sheet in the back of a van, an hour nobody wrote down. Revolution catches it as it happens, keeps it
with the job, and gives it back as a report
Start with one site and add the rest when you need to.
