I’ve tried a lot of cash advance apps. I think grant is really fair in the amount they give and the pay back process. Also if you didn’t really have the money to pay it back, you can take another out immediately and not have to wait a few days for processing like say the app empower(now tilt). What I really love is the playing games for money. I’ve cashed out at least 120$ so far and it goes in your account right away. Directly to your account not PayPal or Venmo like most. I’m about to reach level 28 on a game I really enjoy and I will get 21$ for that! There are a ton of game options and I love the merge games. I don’t dread playing them and I’ve discovered a lot of cool games. I hope grant will be adding more because I’ve downloaded most of the games that don’t require any in app purchases to be able to play. Give grant a shot.

I desperately needed anything I could get for an automobile emergency. Full disclosure, I have trash credit and usually get turned down for everything! But I got pretty much the necessary amount, thank God! A cool feature is that you can boost your cash advance amount by playing games, taking surveys, etc. I’m usually leery of the whole game survey thing in other apps— I find it impossible to ever earn enough points to amount to anything. In this case, I think I completed two tiny surveys in about 5 minutes, and received a five dollar boost to my cash advance. There is a $10 per month membership fee that I plan on canceling once I get through this emergency. I hate to rely on cash advance apps, but sometimes you have no choice.

I do not recommend using this product. First off, the disclosures are not clear. If you get a cash advance under the basic, your account automatically converts to the plus and at the end of the month, you are charged a subscription fee. Also if you have more than one income, they will base your advance off your lowest income. Now here is the bait and switch part. If you want your advanced based off your second income, you have to wait for payment for two cycles. Ok, what’s the point of them checking your account in the initial set-up and they can clearly see you have multiple direct deposits. Also, most important, there is no flexibility if you need more time to repay! None! Everything is bot enabled and every time you ask a question in the chat, you will receive a message that says at this time we are unable to… The subscription is $9.99 per month. An advance off $25 or $50 is not worth it when they are taking one fourth of the advance. I do not recommend!

I had grant and I had three days left until my subscription was due and I closed my account and after I closed it they charged my debt card for the subscription fee. After I closed my account. So I go to help section and all virtual assistant, saying someone will get back to me in 24 hrs. The problem is the money they took I need for gas to get to the food bank so we have food this week. And now it’s gone and food bank is only open in 3hrs for a couple hrs and then closed till next week. It won’t be open in 24hrs where they will get back to me. This place is a rip off bottom line I closed my account then immediately they charged me even though I still have 3 days left before renewal. So that means they wrote in there programming to charge people who close there monthly account.Update: they told me though it’s normally our policy to refund the money but in this case I have to wait until the subscription ends to request a refund and then they will consider it. They flat out lie and steal your money. I was refused a refund and charged after I canceled and closed the account.Update again: I contacted them everyday since this has happened and everyone has told me the same this “typically we would just do a refund, but since you subscription doesn’t end until the end of the month we’ll keep it open in case you want to use it” but I canceled before they charged me. They are thieves
