MH Leakage Tester assists with measuring building envelope and duct leakage in manufactured homes using a simplified protocol that relies on pressure changes and measured flow from one or more exhaust fans in the home. It is meant to be used with popular digital manometers with a Bluetooth connection. The app provides estimates for building envelope leakage at 50 Pascals of pressure difference (CFM50 and ACH50) and duct leakage (CFM) under actual operating conditions. Confidence intervals and pass/fail status relative to user-defined thresholds are also provided. Test data and results can be emailed in PDF, JSON and CSV formats.
