You’ve just purchased a valuable new camera, gone out to capture thousands of exquisite photos, and returned home to open your favorite photo editing software. You’re all set to meticulously enhance your images and share them on social networks to impress everyone!
However, you encounter frustrating messages like “Unrecognized camera model” or “This file format is not supported.” Weeks or even months pass, and you’re still waiting for that elusive software update. Meanwhile, your pile of RAW files keeps growing, and your enthusiasm for sharing on social media dwindles.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
Find My RAW is here to rescue your photography day! With just a few simple steps, you can recover your RAW files:
- Open the app and import the unrecognized RAW files.
- Choose a supported model that matches* your new camera (e.g., A7c ii -> A7m4).
- Select a location and save the new files.
Let the sun shine on your photos once again! :-D

* Matching models typically refer to cameras with the same CMOS sensor from the same brand.
