See where riders are requesting • A new busy-areas card shows where riders have been requesting rides in the last 30 minutes, so you can decide where to position yourself. Tap an area to navigate toward it — you keep receiving ride requests the whole time. It shows what riders have already done; it isn't a forecast or a promise of higher pay. Your trip on the Lock Screen • See your next turn, ETA, destination and fare at a glance on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — no need to open the app while you drive. Never miss a request • Incoming ride requests now play an alert tone you can hear with the phone mounted and the app in the background. You can turn it off in Settings. Navigation and ETA • Your ETA now matches what your passenger sees, so you're both working from the same arrival time. • Starting a trip now switches turn-by-turn guidance to the drop-off. Previously it could keep directing you to the pickup for the whole trip. • Fixed a map flicker that appeared during some trips. This release focuses on reliability — several issues that could silently interrupt your driving day are fixed. STAYING ONLINE • Fixed an issue where you could be quietly taken offline in the background and stop receiving ride requests until you toggled again. • Going online now always tells you what's needed if it can't proceed, instead of doing nothing. • Logging out now reliably takes you offline. RIDES • Fixed "Failed to complete ride" appearing on rides that had actually completed. • Rides that don't require a passenger PIN can now be started. • Turn-by-turn navigation now shows the live distance to your next turn, and directions stay correct after a re-route. • Ride requests sent while the app is in the background are no longer missed. EARNINGS & PAYOUTS • Recent Activity now lists your completed rides. • The earnings total now says which period it covers, so "$0.00" on Today no longer reads as if you've never earned. • You'll now be told if payouts are paused or your first payout is still pending, instead of showing a bank account as simply "added". • Rejected expenses now show the reason and who reviewed them. DOCUMENTS & APPROVAL • If a document is rejected, removed, or expires, you now get a clear message naming the document and a button to fix it. • Insurance problems now take you to Insurance instead of the general Documents list. • Fixed the approval screen not updating when your application was approved. • Documents that fail to load now show an error and a retry instead of spinning forever. SUPPORT • You can now read and reply to support replies in the app, and close a ticket when you're done. SIGNING UP • A final review screen before you submit, with edit links to any step. • Your details are saved as you type, so you don't lose them if you leave and come back.
