My app was working fine for about 3weeks. Then nothing. It won’t load past the title page, then crashes my phone. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, problem persists. It’s been down almost a week. How do refunds work?

I bought the program a year ago. It’s website not Friendly to access the content, so when I saw the app I was really excited, however I am still “pending” approval. It seems that no one monitors this app!That is a shame, it will be a great and easy way to access the contents of the programs we bought!

I bought a few of their programs and was able to use them on the computer with no issues. Once they moved to the app i no longer have access to my lifetime programs. I’ve contacted them a few times and no response.
