Ok but has a few quirks

I find it difficult to access claims forms, you have to download them and view them on your device. Navigation and scrolling is quirky at times, browsing claims for example, there are two scrollable areas. Doesn’t seem to be made for a mobile device.

Sugarmama!
The app is not user friendly. I had to call for assistance to chance my password as it was just disabled without giving me an option/link to change it. I cannot scroll through my claims as the app doesn’t support the amount of data. No good!

This app was good when i first started using it, then Im not sure what happened, it said no internet connection, now its saying , i need to update my password and it sent a link to my email address and nothing is happening, why did this app all of a sudden stop working? It was a very good useful app, its complete garbage, i can’t sign in doesn’t recognize me, this is bad, its like no one cares that it doesn’t work

Terrible waste of time

Application always ends up failing and will not load the page to search for helpful information. When asking about benefits it downloads a very non specific type of document. When searching for physicians it maybe works one out of 20 times you use it. The only thing it’s good for is a digital copy of your insurance card.
