A modern take on the 19th century pocket-size game counters known as Norfolk Liars. Named from the large shooting estates in Norfolk, England, and the tendency for exaggeration, these counters were used by sportsmen to keep score on a driven shoot.
A Norfolk Liar for your phone, this app lets you easily keep score of unlimited types of game (pheasant, partridge, duck etc). It’s fully customisable - keep track of as many or as few types of game as you need, set a name, colour and icon for each. Reset the scores at the start of the day, then tap and hold to increase the count. Useful for driven shoots, walked-up/rough days, and wildfowling.
