LRM Mobile is a time and attendance app connected to the LRM system by Larksoft. Employees record their attendance on their own phone, and companies can also use a phone or tablet as a shared terminal for the whole team.
FOR YOURSELF OR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
• Personal use: each employee records their own events on their phone.
• Shared terminal: a device at the entrance where employees sign in with their employee card.
WAYS TO RECORD
• NFC location tag – confirm your presence by tapping the tag at your workplace.
• Employee card – on a shared terminal.
• GPS location – the event is confirmed when you are within the work location area.
• One tap – record with a single button where location confirmation is not required.
EVENTS
Check-in, check-out, lunch and business breaks, optionally with a note and note type. The available buttons and the confirmation method are set by your company in LRM.
RELIABLE EVEN OFFLINE
Events are stored on the device and sent to LRM automatically when a connection is available – also in the background.

REQUIREMENTS
The app is intended for employees of companies that use the LRM system. To sign in, you need a registration code from your employer.

• More reliable recording of events.
• Faster and more stable NFC scanning.
• On shared terminals, scanning the employee card is required for every event.
• The app, the NFC scanning sheet and system prompts (location, NFC) are available in Slovenian and English. Choose the language in Settings → LRM Mobile → Language.
• Switch between light and dark theme without restarting the app.
• Lunch buttons are shown according to your company settings.
• Statistics fixes (leave, hours).
• Lower battery usage and improved stability.
