Before using Fisio, my golf swing had dissolved over many years. The only thing consistent was I was getting consistently worse – low 80s had turned into low to mid-90s and even triple digits on occasion, and I developed an intermittent case of the shanks, which made golf no fun anymore and golf with friends embarrassing. I almost quit the game. Fisio helped me conceptualize what a repeatable golf swing looks and feels like, then ingrain that swing into muscle memory. I’m not much of a driving range guy, so working on my golf swing at home in the living room or bedroom in front of a mirror (my wife was thrilled to turn our bedroom into a training facility :), was a huge plus. The training in the app was very easy to follow and helped me transform my ‘armsy’ swing into a turn-driven, repeatable swing. Golf is fun again and I play as much as I can. While I’m back to shooting bogey-golf-or-better regularly [no more 100s], even more important to me is 1) how I’m hitting the ball, consistently and 2) how the training and repetition has enabled me to get muscle memory to “kick back in” on the course after I don’t hit the ball as cleanly as I would like. I cannot recommend Fisio highly enough – 5 stars really doesn’t do it justice.

I love the Fisio App and the difference in made in my golf game. It is so easy to do at home in a few minutes a day with repetition to ingrain a simple, repeatable swing. The instruction was easy to follow with the components of the swing broken down to simple, understandable steps. I understand my golf swing much better. When I am on the course it really helps me to understand and fix mid-round swing flaws (vs. being frustrated for 2+ hours on the back 9). Far more FUN when Fisio has your back (nine)!

Fisio is a game changer - it is the most convenient way to train my swing to perfection wherever I am. Training the fundamentals of the golf swing to muscle memory is the only way to hit consistent, predictable shots and lower your score. Fisio’s easy to follow drills work to ingrain muscle memory into your swing and onto the course. Golf is more fun when you’re confident in your swing and posting scores lower than your friends. Highly recommend!

Ingraining muscle memory is on of the core principles and from first hand experience, it works! The correct reps really do make a difference. Being able to train whenever I want at home has allowed me to greatly improve my golf game. Easy to follow along with and has had a direct correlation to a better golf game. 10/10 do recommend .
