more A new Today's Study
- Each word's review date is now set from how long you are likely to remember it, so you review just as it starts to fade.

- Reviews now come on the scheduled day, whatever time of day you study.
- Words you miss twice in a review now start over, as they should.
Multiple study schedules
- Create a study schedule for each source (book) and study them side by side. Daily new and review counts, the study calendar, and badges are kept per schedule.

- Review cards show how many times you have seen the word.
Backup

Your word list is now organized by part of speech
• Meanings are grouped by part of speech (noun, verb, and more).
• Cards show each meaning's usage (informal, slang, regional, and more) and word forms (plural, past tense, and more).
• A meaning can now have more than one example sentence.
Write Word
• Tap the part-of-speech chip to set a meaning's part of speech, and open Usage to add word features and details.
• Type an inflected form such as "leaves" or "went," and the dictionary suggests the base forms.
• Drag to reorder parts of speech, meanings, and example sentences.
• A "Hide Keyboard" button now appears above the keyboard.
New built-in dictionary
• The built-in dictionary has been rebuilt. Duplicate meanings were cleaned up and meanings were reordered.
• CSV import also finds base forms, and tells you at the end which words had more than one candidate.
• Words whose dictionary headword changed are updated to the new headword when you update the app or restore a backup.
Today's Study
• Missed study days now show as a badge on the Start Studying button and the app icon.
• The study schedule marks missed days and reset days with an outline.
• Progress now shows active days and delayed days.
• Reset Study now also clears your study history and badges.
Other changes
• Notices are now shown at the top of the Purchase screen. A dot on the home button tells you when there is an unread notice.
• You are now told the result of restoring purchases.
• A progress bar shows the dictionary and word list being prepared at launch.

New Feature
Today's Study — Smart Daily Review
- Every day, the app automatically selects new words and words due for review, guiding you through a single study session.
- New words go through "Preview → Check," while review words go straight to "Check."
- Words you get wrong aren't skipped — once a full round finishes, they're regrouped and re-tested in the next round (shown with a "Round N" screen), repeating until you get them right.
- Bulk-imported words can be quickly sorted as known or unknown in the new Word Queue Check screen.
- Your progress is saved if you leave mid-session, so you can resume where you left off or start over.
- A study calendar heatmap shows your study activity over the last 5 months at a glance.
- When a session ends, you can review every word you studied that day, see how many times you missed each one, and tap any word to open its detail card.
- Fully customizable: daily new-word count, daily review limit, preview/check timing, and more.
Design Improvements
- Sort pickers, batch-select buttons, and other key controls now use the app's signature gradient style consistently.
