We've rebuilt Scentsy Connect from the ground up with our new, modern approach to design. Navigation is smoother, performance is improved, and everyday tasks are easier. New features include swipe‑to‑delete and tap‑and‑hold actions for faster task completion. Thanks for using Scentsy Connect!

We’ve added a new “Disengaged Customer” task type in Connect! This feature helps consultants systematically reconnect with customers who haven’t engaged in a while, making it easier to maintain a healthy customer base. Start using these tasks today to strengthen relationships and boost your business!

Bug fixes and improvements

-Promotional tasks on the home screen are now sorted by the promotion start date. -Other bug fixes, improvements and preparation for the future.

AI Writing Assistant: Now integrated into product marketing email templates to help you draft perfect copy faster. Last Contacted Date: View the customer's last contact date right within a task for better follow-up timing.

Manual orders have been improved based upon your feedback including the ability to delete them if necessary. Also included are other bug fixes and improvements.

This update adds the ability to view the performance of the email follow up tasks you complete right from the home screen. In addition you can now edit the email subject line on promotional tasks. As always there are other bug fixes and improvements.

You can now save in-person orders and instantly generate receipts for your customers—right from their contact details! Tap on a contact > Select “Orders” > Hit “Add manual order” to start creating! Perfect for pop-up sales, phone orders, fairs, shows or any off-the-grid transactions. Stay organized and keep your customers in the loop!

We’ve introduced a new feature to help you stay on top of your marketing game! Now, follow-up with your customers with promotional tasks for returning and discontinuing products. We’ve also fixed a bug that was affecting screen reader compatibility.

We’ve made important updates to improve accessibility across the app. Several screens and features that were previously not accessible with screen readers are now supported, making navigation and usage smoother for everyone.

Emailing customers for follow up or promotional tasks now supports emailing multiple customers at once! All emails sent to customer while completing mobile app tasks now utilizes your workstation email service. This means you stay in the app... you'll no longer switch to your mobile phone email app Plus the obligatory bug fixes and improvements.
