Fixed cases where app would crash specifically for ios. When editing a lead, added prompt when the back button is pressed to ensure you are aware the edited notes will not be saved.

Added asterisk to indicate questions that are flagged as required. Added guards to check if a user's token is expired and if it is to navigate them back to the signin page to reauthenticate. Add guards around switching users which would cause the app to crash.
