- VSH101 is contraindicated for those patients with the following conditions:
Chronic Disease patients
Allergic to polyester patient
Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, infants or children
Patients with implanted pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). The device should not be used in the presence of these implants.
Patients during defibrillation or AED rescue. The device must be removed prior to such procedures. - Safety Information

This device should always be used under the guidance of a doctor or with the assistance of a qualified medical professional.
The device is intended for use by adult aged 21 years or older.
The device is not intended for diagnostic purpose and alarm for life-supporting purpose. It is not intended for use on critical care patients.
The records from the device shall only be used as a reference for medical professionals or physicians. Further diagnoses shall be based on users’ overall medical condition, and the data shall not be the sole factor in making clinical decisions.
Before using the device in the clinical or other medical institutions, consult a medical professional or physician.
This device must be removed before defibrillation or AED rescue. Do not use the device during CT, MRI, X-ray, neurostimulation therapy, or in the presence of emitters or other high-frequency electromagnetic equipment, as they may interfere with its operation.
Avoid using the device in strong electromagnetic environments, as this may affect the measurement's accuracy. If interference is detected, change location or turn off the device.
Handle the device with care. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to any actions that could cause damage.
Store the device in a dry, non-corrosive and safe environment when not in use.
Always store the device in a safe location, away from fire hazards or extreme temperature. Do not expose the device to high temperatures or throw it into a fire. The device is not intended to be used with flammable anesthetics and flammable agents.
Ensure the indicator light on the device is clearly visible in the environment before use.
If the device is not used for an extended period, charge it to 100% each month to prevent battery degradation. Replacing the built-in battery on your own may pose risks. Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations.
Accessory equipment connected to the analog and digital interfaces must be in compliance with the respective nationally harmonized IEC standards (i.e. IEC 60950 for data processing equipment, IEC 60065 for video equipment, IEC 62368-1 for audio, video, information and communication technology, IEC 61010 for laboratory equipment, and IEC 60601-1 for medical equipment). Furthermore, all configurations shall comply with the system standard IEC 60601-1. Everybody who connects additional equipment to the signal input part or signal output part configures a medical system, and is therefore, responsible that the system complies with the requirements of the system standard IEC 60601-1. The unit is for exclusive interconnection with IEC 60601-1 certified equipment in the patient environment and IEC 60XXX certified equipment outside of the patient environment. If in doubt, consult the technical services department or your local representative.
Repairs must only be performed by qualified professionals from VitalSigns Technology Co. Ltd. Field repairs are not recommended, and attempting to open the device may cause damage and void the warranty.
This device is not intended for use by infants weighing less than 10 kg.
1.1.2 VS Electrode Patch
Only use the designated "VS Electrode Patch" with the device. Using patches from other brands may affect the device's results.
Do not use damaged or defective VS Electrode Patch.
Individuals allergic to adhesive hydrogel or with a family history of adhesive allergies should avoid using the electrode patch.
Do not apply the electrode patch on the skin with wounds. Individuals with sensitive skin may experience redness, swelling, or allergic reactions. Consult a physician before using the patch
Remove the electrode patch with caution and avoid damaging the skin. If the skin in contact with the electrode patch develops a rash, blister, reddening, or other irritation, contact a medical professional or physician.
Use the electrode patch immediately after opening the package.
