Horrible, Horrible! Horrible! Shame on FIFA Club World Cup

Horrible experience. Inexcusable for FIFA CWC to have such an amateurish App that practically does not work at all. Bought my tickets with an arm and a leg, and went through a rabbit-hole of instructions to register on the CWC app to access my tickets. No tickets. I keep getting email reminders to access my tickets. But when I try to do so, no tickets. Deleted and reinstalled the App, STILL NO TICKETS, with only 5 hours to go for gates to open, and 7 hours for kick-off. And NO CERTAINTY at all that I will get the tickets before gates open. And we are one year away from the World Cup!!! Imagine the chaos trying to purchase tickets for World Cup matches with this kind of service!!!I gave it a 1-star rating. I would have chosen a -1 star(minus 1 star) if that option were available.

This is the WORST app. I’ve never bothered with a rating before, but the developers need to make this an actual app and not just the website in an app. There is no quick option to get to your tickets. You have to scroll past the news stories to see the ticket option, which quickly transitions to the hospitality page. This is going to be an absolute mess on match day with the crowds of people trying to get in if tickets aren’t readily available.

Bought my tickets through the app. Now after few days not able to see my tickets in the app. Had to do a lot of digging to go to the web version to see my tickets. Not able to go to last minute purchase for single tickets. It takes me straight to hospitality options. Fifa says it will deliver the tickets through the app. How? I am not able to see my tickets in the app. What an absolute nightmare.

This is my first ever review of an App. I am compelled to share my disappointment. This App is not intuitive. Good luck finding your tickets. You would think there would be a Tickets menu front and center but, no, multiple clicks and multiple logins into a menu bar that is not intuitive. Try selecting a Chat help, “coming soon”. So disappointing. I would love to hear the designers’ thought process when designing the App. Ugh…Further, with the AI tools that are available today, you would think they could easily fix the issue within a month. I guess when you have a monopoly on a sport, you have no incentive to provide a good user experience. Oh well, I feel better now 😉
