New • Hotel guest bill: restaurant and spa orders of your other venues can be charged to the room; take payments, close the bill and see owner reports. The invoice opens inside the app. Guests who signed up by phone are shown by name or phone. Memberships go on the room bill too, and a cancelled membership line can be taken off it. • Staff join by an invitation code, or the owner creates a staff account with a password. Staff with view-only rights no longer see add, edit or delete buttons, and rights follow the venue they are in, including gym zones. • Venue time zone in business settings. Notifications follow the current venue, and "today" is the venue's day, not the device's. • Gym: visits are counted ("N of M"), a "Mark visit" button, class bookings use a membership visit, freeze limits. Selling a membership at the desk records the payment and any debt. Zones are rented whole or by seat. Check-in works without a unit. The home screen counts memberships, classes and visits. • Spa: the visit card shows its price and payment status and can be paid; slots work without a schedule. • Rentals: one vehicle can't be rented or booked twice; hand over a vehicle at check-in; inspection without fuel for bikes; hourly rates. The deposit goes through the till, and rent can be charged to a hotel room. • Stock: fractional ingredient prices (e.g. 0.05 per gram), supply totals and minimum order quantities. • Printers: tap a printer for a test receipt, test page, "Thank you" note or your own receipt with emoji. "Online" only when the printer answered. Print to every printer found. Receipts print Cyrillic text correctly and can print as an image. • Promotions can be limited to UBMS Go customers, marked "UBMS Go" at the till, kitchen and transactions. • Supplier orders: pay in parts and see what you owe. You can order once the supplier confirms the connection; the marketplace shows the status for the current venue. • Hotel: no check-in before arrival, new price on date change, early check-in fee. • Visa: board columns are case statuses; payments per case. • Restaurant: pay "Pay later" orders; pre-bill for the whole order or a guest's share with VAT, service and tax; client discounts per venue; a clear message when prices have changed. • Till: cash shifts, partial refunds, split-bill shares; the kitchen screen marks unpaid orders. • Home screens show real figures for today and the guest's name instead of "Walk-in"; KPI tiles fit long amounts. Fixes • Errors are shown instead of a false "saved" when adding menu items, categories, options and ingredients. • Stock stays correct when sales, deliveries and write-offs happen at once. • Bookings around midnight outside UTC, appointments without a status, early unfreeze, kitchen queue without a station, hotel and spa dashboards, wallet payment errors; the chosen booking slot stays filled under the pointer. • Only active staff in pickers. Generated client e-mails hidden. • Venue website: price per night or per day, minutes only for spa and gym. • Exports (reports, audit log) open the share sheet. A closed bill puts its table back on the floor. A membership sale or debt payment sent twice is recorded once. Decimal shop variant prices, supplier orders in fractional units, gym without modes and the client picker fixed.
