Updates required by HR for technicians Per Diem submissions when user is logged in as Fox Valley Metrology Employee

Updated app libraries to the latest versions to maintain compatibility with latest iOS versions. Fixed some of the text descriptions to pop-up in login screen

Adjusted Per Diem submission to accommodate for company holidays. Added a popup letting technicians know when the Per Diem submission deadline is moved forward.

Fixed bug where technicians submitting any new per diem in any time zone other than CDT, would cause it to be saved with wrong data pertaining to the week of the per diem.

This version fixes a crashing issue with the Calibrations page. It also includes code for the add gage modal page when in scanner mode, the modal page will not automatically close after adding and item.

1.0.2 has more button responses and better handling of requests made when users don't have connection to the internet. Most pages now display busy indicators for long requests.

This version includes a new page to check for calibrations performed during the appointment. This page allows the technician to send an email to the customer that displays the items remaining to be inspected and the items already calibrated. It also allows the user to check the last time their assigned computer's local database has successfully replicated with the master server, if they have assigned laptop.
