Telemedik Smart Health offers a simple way to transmit health measurements from different health measuring devices that are BLE enabled such as blood pressure monitors, weight scales, ear thermometers, fingertip pulse oximeters, and others to a HIPAA-compliant health cloud. This allows members of the patient’s healthcare team, family, and friends to receive access to historical diagnostic test results, as well as elect to receive event notifications based on your care team's digital care plan prescribed for you. You have full control to review complete and accurate test results in a graphical form by Day, Week, and Month in an effort to educate you and everyone involved in managing your healthcare goals. Whether it is transmitting data, checking your messages from your care team, or participating in a virtual visit, the Telemedik Smart Health ecosystem simplifies your care for everyone involved.
