So they use a company called ago risk to monitor every aspect of your driving and will raise your rates for things like working too hard - that’s right, I drive 12 hours, the amount uber allows us to drive, and my rent DOUBLED. Also braking to hard - even though they rented me a car with 150,000 miles and air in the brake line requiring ME to BRAKE HARD TO STOP IT. also while you have the car if you fall behind they start billing you hourly and if you fall behind with the hourly rent they will lock the car on you and/or prevent it from starting again. Which would be understandable, but they also continue to charge you both rent and Kate fees to the tube of $16 per hour even though you can’t use the car to make money to pay them. Finally, ever need to call customer service? Cause you can’t. Only text. And they can be helpful but also very unhelpful. Overall this company should be used only out of desperation and you’ll be getting an old beat up car with spotty customer service and you run the risk of being locked out of your car in the middle of nowhere. They prey on the desperate, get them locked in then make excuses to gouge them so much on rent that they work 13 hours just to pay for the car - so they can increase the right even more.

This has been one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had with any rental service ever. I requested a luxury vehicle got to the lot into a BMW, which was smoking so badly. I could not see out the window and had to return the vehicle. At which point I was given a Nissan Marano that broke down on the side of the road and I never had anyone come to help me get back on the road. I waited for nine hours for their roadside assistance to respond or show up nothing! I traded that vehicle out the following day for another vehicle which had mechanical and issues with the wheels and tires at which point I go out to get into the vehicle to return it the next day and their company is here to take it and now I am left with $117 bill plus the company owes me for two days that I did not even use their vehicle due to it being broken down. This company should be put out of business. All their vehicles are outdated and have no use..

This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The first car they gave me was a 2018 Malibu with one headlight, the check engine light on, and the tire pressure light on. When I complained, they swapped it out for a 2016 Chevy Cruze, which was just as bad check engine light, tire pressure light, and filthy inside (blonde hair all over the seats and floors). That car ended up stalling on me during an Uber trip while I had a passenger. I had to pay out of pocket for my rider’s Uber so they could finish their trip. The car was later towed.When I went back to swap again, they gave me a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Same issues ,check engine light, tire pressure light plus no working radio and no rear passenger seatbelt. I tried to deal with it because I was hustling on Uber, but things only got worse.While driving, I was pulled over by Atlanta Police four cars pulled up only to be told the car’s registration was suspended and the insurance was invalid. The vehicle was impounded, I received a citation for insurance violation, and I was left with no car. To make it worse, the company has not responded to me about a refund.This business is reckless and dangerous. They put people’s lives and livelihoods at risk by renting out unsafe, unregistered, uninsured vehicles. Do not rent from this company under any circumstances.

I have been dealing with this company since like May 26th 2025 the car they gave me at first need a differential so I left it at the shop they kept promising me day after day that I’ll have a car but no car so I asked for a refund they said it was impossible to get a refund. That’s a lie. Then I had them tell me it’ll take 7-10 business days so here it is July 10th 2025 and still to date no refund. They said they would credit me towards another rental but they don’t hand no cars to rent so it’s all empty promises. Everyone I talk to says oh it’s processed well get back to you or we’ll call you back and still no phone call or refund. This business is not accredited with the better business bureau. Horrible business. There has to be a way to sue them cuz this is so totally unprofessional.
