HOW "CHEAP" IS DECIDED
We measure how far today's price sits below its 180-day norm, then require every paired indicator (KOSPI vs KODEX 200, silver vs the gold/silver ratio, bond ETFs vs US yields...) to agree. If one disagrees, we say nothing.
20-YEAR BACKTEST — WE SPEAK IN PROBABILITIES
For every asset: if you had bought on every signal day for 20 years, how often was it higher 3 months later, what was the average return, and how deep did the worst 1-in-20 drawdown go. No "accuracy" or "confidence" claims. It is a record of the past, not a promise about the future.
