Beautifully Crafted
Skankbone
After evaluating countless voice recorder/editors over the past year (2025), I can say that without qualification, TwistedWave 365 is capable of making the recording process fun. Be it single or multi-track, recording is a breeze. Once you have captured audio, the editing process is quick, saving lots of time. No problem using plugins either. Once mastering is complete, one has a beautiful finished product. Personally and professionally, I would be lost without TW365!
A Novice Becoming a Pro

I’m an author who does podcasts and is getting ready to narrate his upcoming audiobook. I’m delighted at how easy it has been to learn TwistedWave 365 and how good the documentation is. I have no doubt I’ll meet the standards for my audio.
Useful

Used it for some minor audio edits like reversing and changing the pitch, worked very good for that.
ITS GREAT
Man In Harlem
I love Twisted Wave— use it all the time, and find it easy and wonderful to maneuver. 5 stars!
New:
- On Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26 and 27, a new and much more accurate Apple speech recognition engine is available.
- The file format and its settings can now be chosen when creating a new document, instead of only the bit depth and channel count.
- Export Selection and Export Individual Channels now remember the last format they used, instead of starting from the format of the document.
Fixed:
- Editing the parameters of some VST3 effects could crash TwistedWave.
- On macOS 27, a PDF text script would scroll past the end of the document instead of following the playback.
- A USB audio interface could be reported as unavailable after being plugged into a different port.
- Refreshing the VST list could show a crash report for the VST plug-ins, although the scan had succeeded.
- Clicking an existing file in the save panel could keep its extension, and saving then failed with an error about the extension.
