As a dad who sometimes needs to keep my son occupied for short periods of time, this app has been a lifesaver. The channels and settings are easy to customize, and I can tell my 2 year old is actually learning while he watches so I feel good about letting him get some screen time. It’s great to see him try to interact with the characters on the screen, and he loves to watch together! And the little character that pops up before the last show starts helps make sure he doesn’t get upset when it’s time to turn off! As a dad, this app Maka me very happy, and I will continue to use as my kid grows.

I downloaded Maka Kids and have been watching some of the STEM content. The animation has a nostalgic feel that reminds me of the educational cartoons many of us grew up with. It’s simple, engaging, and easy for children to follow.The stories are fun and easy to understand, but they also encourage kids to think through problems and come up with solutions.As a parent, I appreciate that the app focuses on learning and curiosity rather than just keeping kids glued to a screen.
