建物のレベルを上げる：
教室、体育館、食堂、廊下などのレベルを上げて、置いてある道具を増やします。
建物のレベルが高ければ高いほど収入が入ってきます。
教員の数を増やす：
色々な教科を担当する教員の数を増やして、
学校の魅力を上げて収入を増やしましょう。
