The app is great but there is no link for support and I’m having trouble linking my Playtomic account with my playbypoint account because they use different email addresses.

A fresh new look for ULTRA
The app has been redesigned with ULTRA’s new brand identity: a new app icon, warm terracotta and sand colors, refined typography, and cleaner screens throughout.
What’s new
• Membership documents: view the current Membership Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy right in My Membership, accept them in the app, and see what you’ve already accepted.
• Clearer booking details for members — cancellation charges that don’t apply to your membership are no longer shown.
• Helpful empty screens: when you have no matches, bookings or chats yet, you can book a court, add a match or start a conversation in one tap.
• Easier-to-read stats and match scores, plus player initials when there’s no profile photo.
Improvements
• Faster loading of your membership and booking verification.
• Full compatibility with iOS 27.
• Fixed an issue that could close the app when opening some chats.
• General stability and performance improvements.
