This update improves Bluetooth scanning and fixes several issues in Inquiry and Audit. Bluetooth Scan • Beacons are now matched to assets through their registered RFID tag, for more reliable results. • Tags that aren't linked to an asset yet appear as "Unregistered Tag". Tap one to create the asset with the tag already filled in. • Asset rows now show the tag identifier instead of the barcode. Inquiry • Asset Details now shows the asset's creation date, and editing an asset no longer changes that date. • The asset map now opens centered on the asset. If the asset has no GPS coordinates, the map shows your current location and tells you so.

We've spent this release making scanning faster, menus smarter, and the whole app a little easier to live in. Your Zebra scanner is now fully in play Got a Zebra sled paired? Barcode scanning now uses it everywhere — Checkpoint, Asset Search, Audit, Add Asset, Mass Edit and the rest. The app figures out whether to use your sled or the camera, and remembers what you picked. No sled? Nothing changes for you — the camera works just like it always has. RFID reads you can count on Long-range scans now go out at full power every time, so those far-off tags show up on the first pull of the trigger instead of the second. You can also tune your read range right from the field, and we'll remember your setting. Reading one tag up close? The nearest one wins now — no more accidentally grabbing the asset next to it. Barcode and RFID play nicely together They share one radio, so switching between them used to get sticky. Not anymore — hop between modes as often as you like and your scan buttons stay ready. Menus that fit how you work Your menus and dashboard now come straight from your server setup. Admins can rename, reorder and reorganize things for their teams, and everyone sees it right away — no app update required. Check-in and check-out, tidied up - Your asset notes stay put through every check-in and check-out. - Signatures you capture are saved with the record, where they belong. - New Back and Cancel buttons on the summary screen. Back keeps everything you already typed — personnel, location, return date, signature and all. - If an asset can't be processed, we'll tell you why, right when it happens. - Scanned the same asset twice? We'll catch it. Audits made easier - Audit dates get recorded for you, automatically. - Bluetooth beacons join keyboard, RFID and barcode as another way to track down an asset. - Submit without leaving the screen — and if you cancel an upload, you're no longer stuck on the completion screen. Little things that add up - New searchable pickers throughout: start typing to filter, swipe or tap away to dismiss. - A Done button on every keyboard, on every screen. Finally. - Progress bars that show actual progress — and you can cancel if something's taking too long. - Forms now shape themselves around your configured fields, with proper dates, numbers and lookup lists. Where your assets really are Mass Add now captures GPS coordinates whether you're online or off, so locations reflect where you actually were.
