Scan4+ turns real objects and rooms into 3D models on iPhone and iPad with LiDAR — then measure them, view them in AR and export them to the formats your workflow needs.
OBJECT SCANNING
• Guided Object Capture: walk around an object and Scan4+ reconstructs a textured 3D model on your device.
• Precision mode for detailed objects.
ROOM SCANNING & FLOOR PLANS
• Scan rooms with Apple RoomPlan: walls, doors, windows and furniture.
• Photo textures from your scan are applied to walls and floors.
• Floor plan with wall lengths, floor area, ceiling height and furniture.
• Export the room as a 3D model and as DXF or SVG floor plans for CAD.
MEASURE & INSPECT
• Tap two points to measure distances in mm, cm, m or inches.
• Model bounds, vertex and triangle counts, wireframe view.
• Open any model in AR Quick Look.
• Browse your library beside a model on wide displays, or view a room's 3D model beside its floor plan.
• Search room contents, furniture and dates; favorite models and choose your preferred sort order.
EXPORT & SHARE
• Free: USDZ and GLB.
• Scan4+ Pro: OBJ with textures, STL in millimetres for 3D printing, PLY, XYZ, PCD and PTS, DXF and SVG floor plans, RoomPlan JSON.
• Share a web link that opens your model in any browser. Web downloads support USDZ and GLB, plus OBJ and STL with Pro. Point-cloud and floor-plan exports are generated on your device.
• Pro adds password-protected and expiring links. Keep your existing access options when updating a link.
• Import USDZ models into your library.
TRY IT ON ANY DEVICE
• Built-in sample models let you explore inspection, measuring, floor plans and export even on devices without LiDAR.
• Scanning requires an iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR Scanner.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• Scan and work offline without an account. Cloud sync is optional.
• Delete your account and cloud data in Account settings. Your local scans are kept; App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
Measurements are estimates from the reconstructed model, not certified dimensions.
SCAN4+ PRO SUBSCRIPTION
• Scan4+ Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

• Automatic model rotation for presenting, clearer room statistics and a simpler Free vs Pro comparison.
• More reliable sharing: keep an existing password or exact expiry when updating links, get copy feedback and confirm before stopping sharing.
• Delete your account in Account settings. Cloud scans and links are removed; scans on this device are kept. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
• Updated translations and improvements to cloud connection reliability.
