This app works in conjunction with an Apple TV app and is used during HIIT/CS4 (High-Intensity Interval Training) or Glute classes.
An Enterprise version of the app is available, but since tvOS app cannot be distributed via an enterprise account, this app is provided to assist during the review of its sister app for Apple TV (Apple ID 6483937778).
The app on an Apple TV will be one of the 3-5 Apple TV stations in the room, each designated for one of the areas in the class, and this iPad app controls their content and allows different workouts to be loaded, started, and stopped. The iPad app has a list of different class formats. It sends the signal to each Apple TV to load the content from our backend source. The instructions on the screen and video movement guidelines (if any) on each Apple TV app at each station assist the class participants in determining the type of exercises they will need to perform.
