With the FreiKarte, children and young people can experience a lot in Bremen and Bremerhaven. The card is automatically sent by post to all children and young people with their first place of residence in the state of Bremen without the need to apply. The card is topped up with 60 euros credit for the year 2024. The card is automatically topped up again with a new 60 euros in 2025. You can redeem the money on the card at over 50 participating cultural, leisure and sports facilities in Bremen and Bremerhaven. For example, for admission to the cinema, swimming pool, theater or museum.
With the FreiKarte app, you can now also get started on the move! Activate your card in the app, see where you can pay with your card and keep track of your credit with the redemption history.For parents, families and guardians with more than one child, the app allows you to add multiple cards and easily keep track of them all.
