I am the designer for our new home construction company. I started using this app to document material selections for our new homeowner clients. So I had the photos organized under each homeowners name instead of lost in between all of my personal photos on my cell. Then I realized we could use this app throughout the build process so we decided to do the paid version to add our salesperson, purchasing manager, and construction manager to the app. Now we are using it to upload files to each client project. We are all on the same page and can access material from anywhere! We have created the report section as our warranty issue section with photos and details of what needs changed or fixed at the sites. Customer service has been awesome when I had questions or wanted to add another employee to the account! Highly recommend!

I have multiple bnb’s. I have my cleaning ladies use this app to take before and after pics. 1) It time stamps and dates each pic. This shows that the bnb has been cleaned and looks great for check in. 2) We take pics of our cleaning closets before and after each clean. We were going through cleaning supplies like crazy and could not figure it out. This has solved the problem and is saving me so much money!!! Highly recommend!It also takes pics from the app, so I don’t use up space on my phone and separated my work and personal camera rolls.I’ve also used it when hiring contractors to do work on my properties. It’s great! I actually had an electrician trying to blame a plumber for flooding one of my properties. Because this time dates pics it showed who was really at fault for my basement turning into a swimming pool.

I love that all of the work related photos I would usually send and receive through text are now condensed to this app for me and my team. I also love that it allows you to take pictures in the app rather than having to upload them from my camera roll. Being able to upload pictures with text/description has been very helpful and keeps me updated with what is going on. Everything has been easy to navigate and is very convenient.
