TimeCost — profit tracking and hourly work efficiency tool.
The app is built for developers, video editors, designers, freelancers, and all professionals whose income depends directly on the time spent. It automates your financial analysis so you can manage your earnings based on precise data.
While working, you simply press the "Start" and "Stop" buttons. Based on the tracked time, the app automatically calculates the entire economy of your projects.
With TimeCost, you will accurately know and control all your work processes:
• You will see the real value of your hourly rate, even when a client pays a fixed price for the entire project.
• You will understand how much a new project should cost based on your hourly rate and the history of similar past tasks.
• You will clearly identify your most profitable and least cost-effective clients thanks to a visual audit of your entire customer base.
• You will know your exact earnings for each day, for the current month, and for your entire career.
• You will see the complete history of your projects and can check at any moment how many tasks you have closed for a specific client.
• You will easily reconstruct your daily timeline and see exactly what you did and at what specific time.
• You will track your actual work schedule, control the number of working hours per day, and monitor your days off.
You no longer need to maintain complex Excel spreadsheets or deal with manual bookkeeping. You get simple and clear data that will help you optimize your working hours and confidently increase the price of your services.
