Trippo is the simplest way to get around Dublin, with Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead Ireland and Luas times all in one place, and alerts that tell you when to leave so you don't have to keep checking.

Know when to leave
Waiting at a cold stop for a bus that's still ten minutes away is nobody's idea of fun. Pick a stop, choose the buses you care about, and Trippo will tell you when one is 2, 5, 10 or 15 minutes away. Set it up for a single trip, or have it repeat on the days you commute. If nothing shows up, Trippo stops looking, so you're not left with a notification that never comes.
Follow your bus on your Lock Screen
Start a Live Activity and your bus or Luas stays on your Lock Screen, counting down as it gets closer. No unlocking your phone, no opening the app, just a glance. Scheduled alerts can start one for you, even when Trippo is closed.
See where your bus really is
Choose a route and watch its buses move along it on the map, updating as they go. It's the quickest way to tell a bus that's on its way from one that's stuck in traffic.
Favourites that get to the point
Most people use the same few stops every day, so Trippo lets you save them and pick just the buses you take. For the Luas, choose the direction you're heading, whether that's towards Broombridge or Brides Glen, The Point or Tallaght & Saggart. You'll only see the trams going your way. Name them anything you like: Home, Work, or whatever makes sense to you.
Your favourites are colour coded too. Green means one of yours is due in under 10 minutes, blue means it's more than 10 minutes away, and red means nothing is due. They're sorted by how close you are, so the stop you're standing at is right at the top. Prefer your own order? Drag them around, or switch sorting off in Settings.
Find any stop, fast
The map shows every stop in Dublin, and stops near you are listed as soon as you go to add a favourite. Search works the way you type. There's no need to get "St." exactly right to find St. Stephen's Green, or to know a stop's number, though if you're standing at the sign you can type that too. Search for a route to see it drawn on the map, or search for an address to find the stops near where you're going and work out which bus to take.
