It works well sometimes

When it works well it works pretty well, but however it won’t update a new location for my dog for up to 30 min. And sometimes lets him walk right through the barrier with no correction. It’s even let him get 300 feet outside the barrier then decided to correct him and shocked him the whole 300 feet coming back to the fence. Plus now it won’t even let see live location for find my pet mode. Honestly isn’t worth all the money

The new update is awful! I used to be able to walk right over to where my dog’s collar was if it came off of her neck but now it’s using GPS like you would use in your car. Every time I click the directions to get to the collar it says you have arrived before I even move. Still haven’t found the collar. Hope to find it before the battery dies.

Can’t get set up

The app was fine and the fence easy to set up but it won’t recognize that I’ve subscribed (even though I did it through the app) so the entire collar is basically unusable. Customer service hasn’t been able to help either. Waste of a lot of time and money.
