Succeed AI is a privacy-first writing assistant for emails, notes, documents, support replies, plans, and everyday communication.
Copy the text you want to improve, choose Use Copied Text from the menu bar, select an outcome, and generate. SucceedAI reads the clipboard only when you explicitly choose that button. Copy the finished result and paste it wherever you need it.
No account, subscription, API key, or backend server is required. The language model built into macOS performs the work locally, even offline.

Choose from Proofread, Polish, Shorten, Draft Reply, Summarize, Action Items, Make a Plan, Change Tone, Translate, or a completely custom request. A completed result can be copied, edited, regenerated, or sent through another local refinement.
Ten dedicated Shortcuts actions make repeatable workflows easy. Add actions such as Proofread Text, Draft Reply, Extract Action Items, or Make a Plan to a shortcut and connect them to text from another action.
