Messages are organized based on recipient(s) with the most recent messages at the top. Care team messages display the patient’s banner information for quick reference. The search feature allows users to search for a person’s name or words within a conversation. A contact’s name, role, and specialty display to aid users in selecting the correct recipient when composing messages.
