You can also choose from a number of different workouts that can be done without a partner, which will allow you to train pretty much any time you want. Along with custom workout plans, you can also get access to an expert volleyball coach for feedback on your form and any other questions you may have.
Within the app, you can upload videos of your form with different drills, making sure that you are doing the drill correctly and ensuring that you are improving faster than ever.
