CareWall is the care app for home care and district nursing professionals, and for the families who follow along.
FOR CARE PROFESSIONALS (with Nedap Ons)
• Report by voice: say what happened, CareWall puts each sentence under the right care plan goal and ticks off the tasks. You check it, then it is in Ons.
• Your day at a glance: your route, your clients and what is still open.
• Everything about your client before you go in: what you need to know, the care plan, measurements, medication, wounds and the latest reports.
• An incident report in a minute: tell what happened, the assistant fills in the form, you send it.
• The handover is ready for you, and you write yours in a few taps.
• The assistant looks up protocols and policies and answers with the source.
• Roster, hours, leave and expenses under your name.
• Training in the Academy, between your shifts.
• Works without a connection: what you record goes through as soon as you are back online. The app is protected with a PIN.
