Problem with game play

Was having fun with game, so I purchased it. Got to level 17 which only allows 33 moves. I played level over and over with no mistakes. There is no way to complete in 33 moves. So, if you want to get past level, you have to watch ads to get extra moves. I paid to not watch ads! Also, nowhere does it explain all the extra things that show up when you complete a picture. It would be nice to have some explanation. I tried to go to developers website, but kept getting an error. I am waiting for my purchase to be accepted and am going to request a refund. It would also be good if you could skip through the screen where it is building the object after you win. It takes forever and it’s boring.
