The free Tesla map is way better!

This app was a big waste of money and they won’t give me my money back. It’s much harder to navigate than the free Tesla map itself and for $39 a year is a huge rip off. I ordered it by accident and their customer service has zero response even when I contacted them by email immediately and asked for my money back. Very poor Customer Service with zero response. I have never used the app because it is not accurate and doesn't work efficiently at all. I am going to contact Apple and see if there’s anything I can do to get my money back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and any inconvenience this caused. We'd like to clarify that all App Store purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple. As developers, we do not have the ability to issue or approve refunds. If you purchased the subscription by accident, Apple Support is the appropriate channel to review and process refund requests. Our goal with this app is to provide Tesla drivers with the fastest and most convenient way to find the closest Supercharger with a single tap. Beyond instantly locating nearby charging stations, the app offers a global Supercharger database, detailed station information, intelligent route planning with optimized charging stops, multiple navigation options, the ability to send directions directly to your Tesla, and information about relevant amenities near many Supercharger locations so you can make the most of your charging stop.We take reports about accuracy and performance seriously and continuously update our database and improve the app. We also strive to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible, and we're sorry if your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the app and delivering a fast, reliable charging companion for Tesla drivers.
