I was feeling bullish on the thorchain project and decided to try this out. Long story short, I was able to deposit BTC but couldn’t for the life of me send the funds when I wanted them. The signature process consistently failed and after several emails to support, the only help I received was, “go on our discord.” So I did. But they don’t have a strong vetting process for people who can access the threads. I was immediately inundated by scams and, I’ll be honest, one of them was successful. Was it actually the vultisig team that stole my BTC? I don’t know. But it is strange how I could deposit, but not send, was denied technical support and then scammed directly off their discord thread. Don’t get this vault if you value your holds. Took me 2 years to DCA that crypto. Hope it brought someone happiness

The app itself is clean and intuitive. Setting up the vault was smooth, and I liked how easy it was to add devices for extra security. You can manage multiple chains in one place, which cuts down on switching between apps and makes everything more efficient. Instead of using a seed phrase, control is distributed across devices with MPC, which honestly felt much safer than keeping recovery words written down somewhere.
