Super App Review Guy
I created an account. Then, when I tried to log in, in red text under the password field, it read “Please enter the correct format.” I know the password was correct, as it was still in my clipboard from when I created the account, and pasted it into my password manager. In case there was a problem creating account, I tried creating it again, and it said, “The Email Account Is Already Registered!!” At this point, I figured I’d try to reset the password. When I submitted the request, it said, “The System Is Abnormal. Please Contact The Administrator!!” So I sent an email through the app to support, detailing the problems I was having, just as I did here. They didn’t respond. So now I’m stuck with a drone I can’t connect with, making it all but useless. So, in short, the app is garbage and support is useless.

I have an 1810 drone. I tried to get the app from the user manual (Tercaso Fly) but this is the only one that came up. I can connect to my drones wifi but this app wont control it. App is useless, drones is going in the trash. Forced to give it 1 star just to be able to submit review.
