Need an ADHD planner that helps after the list is written? Break down tasks, add habits and reminders, and adjust your day with stress-aware AI support. Start small!
ADHD Planner: Mindory helps you plan your day, manage stress, build calmer routines and stay focused when life feels overwhelming. It is designed and developed with the renowned psychotherapist and is more than a standard task planner. With Mindory you can understand your stress before it becomes a crisis.
Mindory has Mindy, a daily companion designed for people with ADHD, autism, busy minds or anyone who wants more structure without more pressure.
With Mindy, your AI planning companion, you can organize tasks, track routines, check in with your stress and energy, break overwhelming goals into smaller steps and adjust your day when plans change.
- Feel calmer about what comes next
When everything feels important at once, knowing where to start can be difficult. Tell Mindy what is on your mind and get help turning a busy list into clear, manageable next steps.
Prioritize what matters, start smaller and create a plan that fits the energy and time you actually have.
- Track stress and notice patterns
Stress can build gradually. Mindory gives you simple check-ins to help you track how you feel and become more aware of patterns in your stress, energy and focus.
Optional health insights can add context from factors such as sleep, movement and heart rate, helping you better understand what may be affecting your day.
Use these insights to create calmer routines, adjust demanding days and recognize when you may need more recovery time.
- Build routines that support you
Create habits and routines for work, self-care, wellbeing or everyday responsibilities.
Mindory keeps recurring actions visible alongside your tasks so they are easier to remember and follow without needing a complicated productivity system.
- Stay focused without the pressure
Large or unclear tasks can quickly become overwhelming. Mindory helps you break them into smaller actions so the next step feels easier to start.
Use focused timer sessions when you need a little extra structure to begin, continue or finish a task.
One task. One step. One focused moment at a time.
- Plan around real life
Your planner should adapt to your day, not expect your day to adapt to it.
Turn tasks into scheduled events, organize reminders and sync your schedule with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar.
When your priorities, energy or plans change, adjust your schedule and keep moving without feeling like the whole day has failed.

This app looks cool…but unfortunately, it is pointless for me because there are no widgets. I don’t understand it when productivity apps that are specifically geared toward people with ADHD don’t have a widget option. ADHDers commonly struggle with object permanence - meaning "out of sight, out of mind". If I don't have widgets on my Home Screen that allow me to engage with an app, it's like it doesn't exist. Hopefully the developers will consider adding a widget option in the future! I’m usually willing to pay for that feature - depending on the price, of course.
